Kindred Systems is a research and development collective building persistent multi-agent AI infrastructure — systems where specialised intelligences maintain identity, memory, and ethical coordination across sessions and across time.

At the core of everything we build is Φ-Harmonia — a self-hosted orchestration system running 15 specialised AI agents, each holding a cryptographic Ed25519 identity. Agents share an 8-layer φ-memory structure so context, relationships, and decisions persist across sessions with no cold starts and no lost continuity.
Critical decisions are resolved through quorum governance: no single agent acts unilaterally on consequential tasks. Every action is auditable. Ethics is structural — not a post-processing filter, but built directly into decision pathways.
