Our Global Compliance Stance
As a provider of enterprise AI execution infrastructure, Kindred Systems inherently processes commands, memory, and routing logs. We are architected from the ground up to support stringent data protection frameworks, ensuring that when our clients deploy agents, they remain fully compliant with regional data laws.
UK & EU GDPR
We process data subject to the UK GDPR and EU GDPR via Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Our deterministic routing ensures data localization requirements can be enforced.
US CCPA / CPRA
We act as a "Service Provider" under California law. We do not sell or share enterprise data. Our execution logs are cryptographically isolated and never used for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Data Subject Requests (DSRs)
Whether you are exercising your right to be forgotten under GDPR or your right to delete under the CCPA, we provide a unified intake process.
