Each of Φ-Harmonia's 15 agents maintains an 8-layer harmonic memory structure — from immediate working context through long-term relational history. No cold starts. No lost continuity.
Ed25519 Cryptographic Identity
Agents hold persistent Ed25519 key pairs: verifiable identity across environments, sessions, and deployments. Collaboration is trustable because identity is unforgeable.
Structural Ethics
Ethical reasoning is embedded in the decision pathways themselves — baked in at architecture level so it cannot be bypassed or delegated to a single agent acting alone.
Quorum Governance
